 I am so happy i made the switch!  Not only do I feel like I am doing a small part to help the environment, but not I am able to utilize the scanner system and ring my items up as I am shopping.  It is so wonderful to walk up the the registers and already have everything scanned and bagged.  I almost enjoy grocery shopping now.

This has proven to be a lot more difficult that originally expected!  It amazes me how I know what is good for me and how I deserve to be treated, but lack the confidence to stand up for myself.  Clearly, I still have some areas I can grow in.

I have really enjoyed completing this challenge.
I have noticed a huge difference in how I feel on days I reach my water goal compared to days I do not.
For starters, I get headaches a lot less that I use to!
